    ​​Red River Gorge Damage Report Form​

    Use this form to report damage in the Red River Gorge. Examples of damages to report include vandalism, dumping, erosion, non-system/user created trails, and off road vehicle damage.
    Provide day, month and year on which damage was observed.
    Describe where you saw the damage and if possible provide GPS coordinates. Be as accurate as possible by naming the trail, road, stream, or names of any other features in the vicinity of the damage.
    Briefly describe the damage. For example: Trash dump found next to stream; trees around campsite carved and hacked, graffiti on rock face.
